After a multi-year hiatus, one of Colorado Springs’ most vibrant community celebrations is making its long-awaited comeback. Mark your calendars: the Everybody Welcome™ Cultural Festival returns on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Colorado College!

Whether you're looking to sample delicious global eats, discover local makers, or bring the family out for a day of hands-on fun, this free gathering offers something for everyone.

A Legacy of Inclusion & Celebration

The roots of the "Everybody Welcome" movement in the region trace back to the legacy of Fannie Mae Duncan’s Cotton Club, a renowned 1950s and ’60s Colorado Springs landmark that broke racial barriers by fostering a space where all people were truly welcome.

This year’s festival carries that spirit forward with extra historic meaning. As we honor 250 years of the American story and 150 years of Colorado statehood, the festival highlights how diverse traditions, lived experiences, and global cultures have interwoven to shape our region's rich identity.

What to Expect at the Festival
